Shipping Policy

We have a 30 Day Shipping guarantee. If your product is not delivered within 30 days of shipping we will initiate a refund within the next 48 hours. 

Delivery Time:-

USA : 5 - 12 Days

Rest of the world : 1 - 2 week (Can take up to 3 weeks for some countries)

Refund Policy

Once the item is shipped, we don't offer a refund( Because we donate a portion to cat charities) unless you didn't receive your order within 30 Days of ordering or you received a faulty piece. In either case please send us an email at contact.catjewels@gmail.com and our representative will contact you within 12hours. 

 

Where is my order?

As all our products are custom made, it can take up to 5 Days for production and another 1-3 weeks for shipping depending on your country. 

We will be soon adding live tracking to our store.
